The Bush Camp Chiang Mai is proud to have received two awards for its contribution to student training and development through the Cooperative and Work-Integrated Education (CWIE) programmed.

Awards Received

National Outstanding CWIE Honor Award for Outstanding Medium-Sized Enterprise
Gold Award (1st Place)  for Outstanding Enterprise at the Upper Northern CWIE Network Awards 2026

These awards recognise organisations that provide valuable learning opportunities for students and help prepare them for their future careers.

At The Bush Camp Chiang Mai, we work closely with schools and universities across Thailand to provide internship and work-placement opportunities for students each year. By gaining hands-on experience in a real working environment, students can develop practical workplace skills, build confidence, and learn from industry professionals. Many of our interns have gone on to build successful careers in tourism and hospitality, and we are especially proud that some have chosen to return and join The Bush Camp Chiang Mai as full-time team members after completing their studies.

We believe in investing in the next generation and helping young people develop the skills, experience, and confidence they need for their future careers. Through these opportunities, we hope to contribute to the development of a strong and talented workforce for Thailand’s tourism industry.
